While Artkipelago is not an academic institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion signed by the mentor to document your accomplishment.

What do Artkipelago courses include?
The foundation of each course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

How do I take a course on Artkipelago?
We have two types of courses. Either Live and pre-recorded. Each course runs for 4 weeks.
Our courses are on-demand (You can begin the course whenever you like, but must be finished in 4 weeks) while our workshops and webinars are live (there will be a specific schedule).
Please note that workshops have limited slots only.
Our courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and smartphone.
After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your Artkipelago account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your dashboard. -
Do I have access to the course when I'm done?
Workshops and webinars are live sessions with your mentor, these are one-off sessions and cannot be downloaded. However, for Video-On-Demand, you can access and return to the content for one year on the Artkipelago platform by going to your student dashboard.

Will courses have live interaction with the mentors?
Webinars and workshops; yes, definitely. As a special Artkipelago offering, a quarterly live interactive session with the mentor is guaranteed. This can be a showcase, a forum, Q&A, or a class discussion.

Can I download the course?
The download feature is not available. Webinars and workshops are live one-time classes. For VODs, the student has access to return and view the course content for a year. All Artkipelago content is copyright controlled.

Can I enroll in more than 1 course?
Absolutely! Make sure your class schedules do not conflict with each other. You are free to take as many courses as you can. To view the full list of courses available, click here.

Yes! You may preview a course, and review key information about it, by checking out their Course Overview page on the website.

How do I pay for a certain course?
There are 2 ways to pay for a course:
1. You can pay for the course via our website by simply clicking the "Buy Now" button on the course page. This will redirect you to Paypal - If you have a Paypal account, then you can use this to checkout. If you don't have one, Paypal allows Non-Paypal account holders to check out as guest using any VISA or Mastercard Debit/Credit card.
2, If you do not own a debit/Credit card, We also accept bank transfers via Gcash or other banks
